Complete the Application Form
Start by completing the application form with your personal details, chosen course, and required documents, such as your passport, previous academic records, and English test results (if needed). Make sure all the information is accurate to avoid any delays.
Assessment and offers
After your application is reviewed, you'll receive a letter of offer if it meets the requirements. Make sure to read it carefully to understand the course details, terms, and conditions, then sign and return it to confirm your enrolment.
Pay the Fees or Initial Deposit
To confirm your place, you’ll need to pay the required deposit or full tuition fee, depending on the duration of your study. Payment details are provided in the offer letter, and it’s essential to keep a copy of your receipt for future reference.
Receive Your CoE
After your payment is processed, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), an essential document for your student visa application that verifies your official acceptance into the course.
Apply for Your Student Visa
Use your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) to apply for a student visa, with the assistance of your agent if needed. Ensure you gather all required documents, including your passport, CoE, financial proof, health insurance, and visa application form. Since visa processing times can vary, it's wise to apply as early as possible.
Organise Your Accommodation
Decide on the type of accommodation that suits you best, whether it’s a homestay, student residence, shared apartment, or private rental. If you need help finding a place to stay, you can reach out to our student services for assistance.
Organise Your Flights
Once your visa is approved, book your flights and plan to arrive a few days before your course starts. This will give you enough time to settle in, get familiar with your new surroundings, and prepare for your studies.
Create Your USI
Once your student visa is granted and you arrive in Australia, you’ll need to create a compulsory Unique Student Identifier (USI). This is a personal education number that provides a secure online record of your training and qualifications in Australia. It’s a required step in the enrolment process and is free and easy to set up. Simply visit the official USI website to get started.
Orientation Session
Attending the orientation session is mandatory. During the session, you’ll complete the final steps of your enrolment and receive essential information to help you settle in. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out our Student Experience Coordinator.
